【歸途系列創作背景｜Concept of The Path Series】
歸途之二：茁壯完成於2018年，並於同年於嘉義梅嶺美術館展出，展覽期間即獲藏家典藏。歸途之二：茁壯現典藏於藏家嘉義市雅宅。宥亘老師於2014年返鄉開設藝術教學中心，致力於專業藝術教學，於嘉義市及嘉義縣朴子市均設立分校，積極回饋鄉里、拓展畫室業務，辦理咖啡廳展覽異業合作、慈善藝術拍賣、兒童藝廊，並於2019年帶領學生前往美國芝加哥藝術交流，參加國際藝術博覽會，以全台專業藝術教學中心為目標，旨在消弭城鄉美術資源差距。
歷經返嘉四年沉澱淬鍊，宥亘老師創作歸途系列，在媒材、構圖與形式上，跳脫以往有形傳統樣貌，以更加當代的語彙呈現。這是藝術家多年來創作風格突破，讓觀者耳目一新！
After finishing art exchange in France, Chen went back to hometown and established Art Education Center in 2014. There are 2 professional Art Education Centers in Chiayi and Puzi city now. In the past few years, Chen held numerous art exhibition of her students in local café and restaurant, held charitable art auction with Huashan Social Welfare Foundation and brought 12 students abroad to join the Andersonville art festival in Chicago.
As a result of four years of contemplation and study in Chiayi, the Path series breaks from traditional paintings in terms of media, composition, and format, while emphasizing the presentation of contemporary and abstract vocabularies. This series marks another breakthrough for Chen You Syuan, that will leave viewers in awe!
